Level 3 Award in the Safe Use of Mechanical Restraints (Handcuff)
This qualification is aimed at learners who already hold an SIA licence, are civil enforcement staff, or community accredited safety persons. It will teach individuals how to use mechanical restraints in a safe and lawful manner.

· The importance of safe working practices
· How to respond to medical difficulties
· Post incident considerations
· How to safely apply and remove mechanical restraints
Successful delegates will receive a Level 3 qualification following a workbook and practical assessment.
